What File Type Should I Send?
We accept the following file types:
- JPG,
- JPEG
- EPS
We recommend saving as a PDF file, as they are easier to handle. We prefer that you send PDF with embedded or outlined fonts. Remember to flatten your files before uploading.
- Your must create your print files in CMYK color mode.
Your print files should be at 300 dpi.
- Create your print files to the exact size of the desired item. Please keep all text at least 0.125″ inside the cut-line to prevent any valuable information from being cut.
- We only accept separate files for each side of your job. Failure to separate your files may result in production delay.
What Is The Cutoff Time For Orders?
Orders submitted after 3pm EST will get queued for production the next business day

Tax Exempt Organizations - How Do I Submit My State Issued Form?
Send a copy of the state-issued tax exempt form to our finance team at info@printpsolutions.com for approval before placing your order. You will be required to send your exempt form each time you place a new order.
